Used by founders who have gone on to meet with GCC VCs and family offices.

The situation

You've done the work. The deck exists. But you've never been in the room with a real investor — and you don't know what you don't know. The questions you're not ready for, the numbers you'll stumble on, the story arc that loses them before slide four. This session puts you in that room before it counts.

What’s included

1

Before the call

We review your materials in advance — deck, data room, term sheet, cap table, depending on the session. You don’t need to prep anything.

2

The session

60 minutes of focused work. Not an intro call. Not a check-in. We go through your cap table and any secondary request as an advisor would, modelling the dilution trajectory, evaluating the implications, and identifying the decisions you need to make before responding.

3

After the call

Written feedback notes delivered within 24 hours, plus a free 30-minute follow-up call within 30 days to debrief once you’ve implemented or pitched.

Common questions

An investor wants to sell. Do I have to allow it?

It depends on your shareholders agreement and any ROFR provisions. We'll review what your documents say and what your options are.

How do I handle a cap table that got messy early on?

This is more common than founders admit. We'll assess where you are and what can be cleaned up before your next institutional round versus what you'll need to disclose and manage.

Is this relevant if we haven't raised yet?

If you have a co-founder equity split or any early commitments, yes. The earlier you get clarity on cap table structure, the more options you have.
